Amanda is Head of Clinical Impact at Inspiren, bringing 20+ years of nursing and senior living leadership experience to the role. She previously served as VP of Clinical Operations at Tapestry Senior Living. Dually licensed as a master's-prepared nurse and administrator, she currently serves as President of MNDONA and sits on the ANCC Board as a content expert.

At Inspiren, Amanda helps lead the Clinical Center of Excellence (CCOE), and represents Inspiren's clinical voice at industry conferences such as FSLA ENGAGE.


Brian Geyser, APRN-BC, MSN
Head of Clinical Innovation, Inspiren

Brian is the Head of Clinical Innovation at Inspiren, where he brings deep senior living experience to product and care model strategy. He previously served as Chief Clinical Officer at Maplewood Senior Living. At Inspiren, Brian is a driving force behind the Clinical Center of Excellence (CCOE), a
cross-functional team that connects clinical expertise with sales, product, and customer success to deliver measurable outcomes for senior living operators.

He's a frequent industry speaker and thought leader, representing Inspiren at conferences such as FSLA ENGAGE, AgeTech, Healthtac, and RETHINK, speaking on topics ranging from AI adoption in senior living to practical technology strategy for care teams.
